Mr. Jones is an industry leading expert in learning ecosystem design and development with an emphasis on effective use of immersive technology. He has spent over two decades working with DoD training systems. The Executive Director serves as the visionary leader and chief strategist of the non-profit, driving its mission, values, and overall strategic direction. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization’s operations, including fundraising, program development, and stakeholder engagement, to ensure the achievement of its goals.
Mr. Ferrara is a leader in developing and implementing CBE programs. Mr. Ferrara has spent his professional career in the technical trades prior to transitioning to training program developer. His unique perspective as a trades performer has impacted the methods utilized and measure results in implementing effective CBE programs. The Program Director leads the design, implementation, and evaluation of programs that fulfill the non-profit’s mission. This role is pivotal in identifying new program opportunities, securing funding, and managing program teams to deliver high-impact services to the community.
Mrs. Jones has over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience and business management. The Operations Director is responsible for the efficient and effective management of the non-profit’s day-to-day operations, ensuring that the organization runs smoothly and meets its objectives. The role oversees the organization’s internal operations, including financial accounting, administrative support, and client services.
